When you log into your account you will be routed to the Account Dashboard. You may also navigate to this page at any time from the Service menu by clicking My Account or using the person shortcut at the top and selecting My Account from the menu.

My Account- A summary of your account information where you can change contact information, manage subscriptions, manage addresses, and see a snapshot of recent web orders.
All Orders- This page shows you ALL orders placed with Mercedes Scientific as well as the status of those orders. Open orders indicate one or more line on the order has not yet shipped. Completed orders indicate all lines have shipped and invoiced. If you click on the order number in the first column you can drill in to the details of the order.
My Web Orders- This page shows only orders placed on the web. To drill in click Order View. You can also do a quick reorder on this page, adding the exact items in the exact quantities to your cart by clicking Reorder.
View and Pay Invoices- This will link you directly to our Lockstep accounting portal where you can view and pay invoices, see payment history, review statements, set up autopay, and more.
Address Book- You can add, remove, and edit ship to locations on this page. Please note these changes will be made across the whole account and will be applied to our system data as well as to your online account.
Account Information- Change your name, email, or password.
Order Approvals- If you have Limited Users under your account and you are a designated Super User or Credit Manager, this is the space where you will review submitted orders. Click View to see details and either reject or approve the order. Mercedes Scientific will not receive a copy of these orders until they have been approved.

My Requisition Lists- You can build multiple lists for easy reordering. Manage these lists from this page.
Company Profile- Review company information submitted at time of set up.
Company Structure- Super Users and Admins are able to view all users under the company and remove users from this page.
Company Users- Super Users and Admins are able to add and edit permissions and roles for users under their company from this page.
Approval Rules- This is where permissions or restrictions of different roles are created.
Roles and Permissions- These are the available roles under the account. Please consult with our customer service team prior to adding new roles.
